Concept

• We have taken the southern BBQ approach to
  smoked meats and combined them with traditional
  Mexican dishes like Tacos, Quesadillas, Burritos
  and Chimichangas as well as other traditional American fare

Hamburgers

• our hamburgers are made with fresh, never
  frozen,meat that is flattened on the
  griddle to produce a fully cooked but juicy burger.

Salsas:

• Our sauces and salsas are made fresh right
  here and designed to compliment our menu and
  dishes. Some are variations BBQ to compliment our
  ribs and brisket and others are traditional Mexican salsas
  that go great with Quesadillas,
  Tacos and more.

Mexican Fare:

• Along with our smoked proteins, we have a selection
  of traditional mexican meats like Picadillo,
  Tinga de pollo and more to compliment selections that are
  authentic dishes from the state of Morelos Mexico.”
